While we clearly understand your concern regarding the name on your tickets please be aware that the name on the tickets simply reflects the name under which the tickets were reserved. The event promoter and/or venue do reserve the right to ask for identification in relation to the tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets (i.e. fraudulent activity).

To avoid this sort of situation, we advise our customers to keep their tickets in a safe place once obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent activity once the tickets have been purchased and printed.  Barring any discrepancies with the tickets, any individual will be granted access to the event under another individual’s ticket reservation (i.e. your friend will be allowed in even if the ticket says your name).

*If you will not be the one using the ticket we do recommend making the necessary change to the ticket so it coincides with the attendee's personal ID.

To change the name on purchased tickets, login to the My Tickets portal. If you do not have your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom and enter your e-mail address. A new password will be e-mailed to you.
